Print Layout: Cookbook Spreads

The Story: Let's take a different approach to cookbook design! Gone are the empty white pages, say hello to color and character in every decision. This project shows handling of larger groupings of text for longer publications.

Objective: Using recipes that include step-by-step instructions, design two cookbook spread layouts for the recipes provided to you. The page size for this publication is 8” x 10”. The design must contain all copy provided; recipe titles, servings, ingredients, folios (page numbers), captions, footers, pantry staples, etc. Design must also use the finished dish image in final layout.
